Our discipline is ergonomics: starting from real work in order to act with precision. To this is added the perspective of a cognitive psychologist, which brings out what observation alone does not show. We put this rigour of the work sciences at the service of industry, the tertiary sector and the maritime world: informing decisions, reducing friction, building concrete solutions.

At sea, we work as a pair. An ergonomist and an Officer of the Merchant Navy, two training backgrounds, one shared standard. Onboard experience is added to the ergonomic reading: watches, degraded situations, coordination between departments, the regulatory framework.
