Data is intended for Youkonseil and authorised persons. It may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors, including:

  • Email: LWS Mail (mailboxes hosted by LWS)
  • Audience measurement: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland)

We ensure that these providers offer sufficient guarantees of compliance and security.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Processing location

We favour providers located in the European Union (hosting and email via LWS). However, the use of Google Analytics involves a transfer of data to the United States. Google Ireland Limited frames this transfer through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.

6. Retention periods

How long data is kept

  • Form/email requests: time needed to process + possible archiving (recommended max: 3 years if no follow-up).
  • Contractual relationship (clients): contract duration + legal obligations (accounting, litigation).
  • Technical/security logs: limited period (e.g. 6 to 12 months depending on need).
  • Google Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum.

The above durations are indicative and may be adjusted according to legal obligations and evidentiary needs.
